On behalf of a Super-Major Oil & Gas Operator, WRS is looking for a Corporate Governance Coordinator to work in Saudi Arabia on a permanent basis. This is a residential role, offering a full relocation package as well as numerous other benefits. You will join the Domestic Joint Venture Management Department, and will have overall responsibility for the coordination/advisory of all aspects of corporate governance and agreements in relation to domestic downstream joint ventures.

Job Duties:

Maintain detailed knowledge of the various governing agreements to ensure that organizations and JV Corporate Governance processes are complying
Maintain a thorough knowledge of developments related to Corporate Governance within company organizations and in the international arena
Identify Corporate Governance issues and coordinate input from across the company (i.e. Legal, Finance, etc.), develop recommendations on how the issues should be addressed
Prepare and circulate agendas, minutes and newsletters, highlighting key tasks / implications

Ideal candidate will have:

Bachelors degree in engineering, business management or a related field of study
Minimum of 10 years industry experience, with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of corporate governance, particularly within a joint venture environment
Ability to process complex and potentially sensitive issues, developing sound, fact-based recommendations
