Data Science Manager - Singapore

We are working with a global analytics business who are looking for a Data Science / Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze program functions and key operations and performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
Recruit, train, develop and supervise a team of analyst-level employees.
Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
Communicate results and business impacts of insightful initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data.
Extensive knowledge of Research and Data Analytics.
Strong programming skills with querying languages: SQL, SAS, etc
Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
