Working alongside an internationally known joint venture client, WRS have an opportunity for somebody to work with two organizations that are conducting business development that leverages each of their strengths in Japan.
We are seeking an Electrical Site Manager / First-class Electrical works Execution Manager to be based in Tokyo or Fukuoka. There will be a requirement to be stationed at construction sites across Japan as long-term business trips for each project. (The company will prepare the housing on-site.)
(On-site stay allowance will be paid additionally (500yen per day). It will be paid with bonus once every six month)
Manages construction of power plants.
Act as a site representative of photovoltaic or wind power plants we are constructing as a primary contractor and be in charge of managing and supervising an entire construction site.
Craft and review construction schedules
Project management in system designing, construction, external construction workers, and supply chains.
Support on construction related topics cross-functionally in the company.
This position requires traveling all over the country. However, there is no need to relocate residence at the beginning as the person will be asked to travel to the assigned site.
Person who has first-class electrical construction management engineer (knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
Has experience of construction management of solar power plant.
Responsible position as a prime contractor (site agent, chief engineer, supervising engineer) Those who have experienced process control in etc.
Experience being a site representative in a construction relevant to electric facilities.

The cost of traveling back home is subsidized twice a month. You are also able to invite your family to you if you are not able to travel.
