On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Manager - BFSI with an established wide network of customers in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

This is a consultative sales position specifically targeting medium and large organisations for managed services. The services would include system integration, OS migration, server consolidation, VOIP, storage, and outsourced IT solutions including helpdesk, desktop support, network management, server management, and managed security solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and make sure to be included in the RFP, RFQ and RFI invitations.
You are expected to work closely with the Pre-sales Consultants and Solution Architects globally.
To develop rapport and closely work across the delivery teams within the company to create, propose and implement solutions to meet customers' needs.
You need to develop and manage relationships and engagement of all levels of the customers.
You must be able to constantly promote the brand and its Services portfolio across different hierarchies of the customer's organization.
Effectively own and manage the different stages in the sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS:

Has a good understanding of IT services portfolios such as Field Services, Managed Services, Service Desk, Cloud, Datacenter, AV and Security.
Has basic and/or general understanding of IT Proposals and Contracts.
Must have a firm grasp on Time Management.
Must be sharp and prompt in responding to customers RFPs, RFIs and RFQs.
Possess minimum a diploma in IT with at least 5 years of consultative sales experience in selling IT solutions and services.
Experience in high-level corporate sales of outsourcing solutions with ability to suggest a valid argument for the fiscal benefits of outsourcing.
Should have an established wide network of customers in sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
Strong salesmanship with proven sales track record
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
