Design and execute sales strategies to meet set targets. Accounts mapping within the assigned region to identify new partners opportunities.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle and demonstrate leadership in pursuing and winning large deals.
Forecasting sales performance.
Propose optimal selling prices for new release products.
Possess a hunter mentality by actively gathering new leads, source for new accounts.
Constantly assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate channel performance and drive excellence through territory expansion plans.
BS/MS degree in business administration or related field.
3 to 5 years’ experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably for a consumer product company selling direct.
Out of the box thinker; creative and strategic mindset.
Proven track record in account management and sales achievements.
Quick to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized and effective time management skills.
Experience in mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
