Salary: SGD80000 - SGD100000 per annum, Benefits: Comms/Bonus

On behalf of a global ICT Services Group we are urgently looking for a Sales Manager - smart spaces/buildings technologies with strong network in the built environment in Singapore (in APAC would be a plus) and access to CxO of real estate developer companies (primarily commercial buildings, business parks), large real estate contractors, etc.

Responsibilities:

Analyse built environment market (and trends) to identify direct opportunities and develop strategies for market growth
Drive profitable large-scale smart spaces/buildings sales, predominantly from new business acquisition (>80% of the quota)
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive networking and leveraging on existing relationships
Collaborate closely with Business Development Manager by providing inputs in the planning of sales and accurate forecasting
Provide periodic and accurate reports and presentations on sales performance, sales activities, customer visits, etc.

Requirements:

Hunter with strong network in the built environment in Singapore (in APAC would be a plus)
Access to CxO of real estate developer companies (primarily commercial buildings, business parks), large real estate contractors, etc.
Proven track record in selling mid-large scale projects/products in the built environment, with contract value of at least S$1 million
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience presenting to senior level executives
Excellent business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and result-driven
IT background NOT required; it would only be a plus
